Yes. Actually, our retreat is ESPECIALLY helpful for a couple in crisis. We will dedicate time up front to stabilize the crisis before going deeper. Then we will carefully break down the issues so the path forward makes sense and does not feel quite so overwhelming.

Absolutely! A new Autism/ADHD diagnosis can bring up a wide range of feelings, from anger, sadness, and grief to anxiety and joy. We will create a safe space for you to explore these feelings while helping you develop the skills to manage them in your relationship better.
